Chicken liver pate

A quick and delicious chicken liver pate for holidays and weekdays.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken liver 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3-5 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste


Rinse the liver well.

Fold in a saucepan and add water, cook until tender for 20 minutes.

Cut the onion into half rings and fry in vegetable oil.

Suck the boiled liver and put in a blender bowl, add onion and butter.

Add salt and ground pepper.

Punch well into a homogeneous mass, put in a bowl and chill in the refrigerator.

Chicken liver pate is ready. Can be served at the table.
