Delicious quick marinated zucchini is a great appetizer on your summer menu.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Zucchini (young) 2 pcs
Garlic clove 3-4 pcs
Dill 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Vinegar 1 tbsp l.
Salt 1 tsp
Rinse and dry the courgettes.
Sliced zucchini through a grater or vegetable in thin layers.
Chop the garlic into a bowl.
Add oil, salt and vinegar.
Add the dressing and finely chopped dill to the zucchini bowl.
Mix well and let it brew for 2-3 hours, stir.
Quick pickled zucchini are ready. Put in a salad bowl and serve.
