A quick, hearty tomato and chicken appetizer for your table.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Tomato 3-4 pcs
Chicken fillet 200 g
Rice 3-4 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Boil chicken fillet until tender, cool.
Wash and dry the tomatoes well.
Cut the tomatoes into halves.
Take out the pulp of each half.
Boil the rice until cooked and put on a sieve.
In a bowl, combine finely chopped chicken fillet, rice and finely chopped parsley.
Add mayonnaise and salt. Mix well.
Stuff the tomato halves and place on a serving plate.
Chicken stuffed tomatoes are ready. Can be served at the table.
