Chicken roll with prunes

Chicken 1 pc

Prunes 100 g

Cheese 100 g

Walnuts 50 g

Mayonnaise 1-2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Rinse and dry the chicken.

Slice the chicken into the breast.

Cut off two parts of the wing, remove the third part.

Season with salt and pepper.

Place chopped nuts and chopped prunes.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.
