Cheese roll "New Year's Fairy Tale" with salmon and delicate curd cheese just melts in your mouth, a real delicacy!

Eggs 2 pcs
Hard cheese 100 g
Lightly salted salmon 100 g
Curd cheese 2 tbsp. l.
Lemon slice for garnish
Beat eggs in a bowl and add grated cheese.
Mix well and place on a baking sheet with parchment.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.
Cool and remove from the parchment, after turning the cheese layer over and slightly wetting the adhered parchment with water. Spread the uncooked part of the cheese bed with curd cheese.
Top with salmon slices and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
Roll up and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
Cut the roll into slices, garnish with lemon slices.
"New Year's Tale" cheese and salmon appetizer are ready. Serve to the New Year's table.
