Chicken rolls in bacon

Chicken rolls in bacon, this is a very juicy and aromatic dish. Try tender chicken meat infused with bacon and green flavors.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 300 g

Bacon slice (boiled-smoked) 5 pcs

Olive oil 1 tsp

Table mustard 1 tsp

Zira 1 pinch.

Green onions for decoration

Parsley (herbs) for decoration

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry the chicken fillet. Cut into small oblong slices.

Season with salt and add mustard and cumin. Mix well.

Cut bacon into small strips and prepare toothpicks.

Wrap each chicken slice in a strip of bacon and secure with toothpicks.

Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Cook in the oven at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.

Cool the finished rolls.

Put ready-made rolls on a dish with herbs and remove toothpicks. Tie each wheel with a bow feather.

Serve our bacon-wrapped chicken rolls to the New Year's table.
