Profiteroles with caviar and curd filling

Profiteroles with caviar and cottage cheese filling, one of the most delicate and delicious dishes that can be prepared for a festive table.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Butter 200 g

Flour 200 g

Water 1 stack.

Eggs 4 pcs

Salt 1 pinch.

Curd cheese 150 g

Red seaweed or natural caviar 120 g

Dill (greens) 1 bunch


Boil water in a saucepan and dissolve the butter.

Sift flour into a bowl.

Add salt and flour to a saucepan with water and oil. Brew the dough.

Allow the mixture to cool and beat one egg at a time into the dough, stirring well.

Roll small balls of the dough and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 15 minutes, then cook for another 10-12 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C.

Cool the browned balls.

In a bowl, combine cheese and finely chopped dill. Mix well.

Add red caviar, which will add flavor and festive mood to our appetizer. And most importantly, it is low in calories and good for your health! Mix gently.

Cut off the caps of the profiteroles and stuff them with the filling. Put on a dish and cool slightly in the refrigerator.

Put the profiteroles on a platter with lettuce leaves and serve at the New Year's table. If desired, garnish with caviar and finely chopped dill on top.
