Cutlet sandwiches

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper.

Form a couple of meatballs and fry in a pan.

Spread the bread with mayonnaise mixed with garlic and put the eggplant plastics fried in a pan on it.

Then lettuce, meatball and mayonnaise.

Place the lettuce leaf again and cover with a slice of bread.

Grill on both sides in a skillet.

When serving, cut in half obliquely and secure with a toothpick.
