Shrimp and avocado salad

Ingredients

Shrimps (large, peeled) 5 pcs

Cherry tomatoes 4 pcs

Avocado 2 pcs

Pesto sauce 1 tbsp l.

Teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp l.

Lettuce leaves 2-3 pcs

Parsley (greens) 1-2 branches.

Stew the shrimps with teriyaki sauce.

Fold coarsely diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, shrimp and pesto into a bowl.

Mix. Salad ready. Place in a plate on green lettuce leaves. Decorate with herbs.
