Pita stuffed with cod liver

Ingredients

Pita flatbread (or similar flatbread) 1 pc

Cod liver 1 ban.

Hard cheese 50 g

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Canned corn 1 ban.

Onion (small) 1 pc

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Finely chop the onion.

Fry in a pan in vegetable oil. Add canned corn. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow to cool.

Finely chop the parsley.

Mix corn, cod caviar, greens.

Add diced cheese and mayonnaise. To mix everything.

Cut the tortilla in half and remove the pulp from each half.

Fill the cakes with the prepared filling and serve.
