Pork roll

Pork roll, a fantastic appetizer for your celebration.

Cooking time 1 hour


Pork (loin) 800 g

Butter 50 g

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Thyme 1-2 branches.

Rosemary 1-2 sprigs

Cream 10% fat. 1 stack.

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper to taste


Rinse and dry the meat well.

Cut gently around the circumference, resulting in a layer of meat. Rub it with salt and pepper.

Mix butter and cream with parsley, dill, thyme and rosemary.

Spread the mixture on one side of the meat over the entire surface.

Wrap in a tight roll.

Then wrap the roll in foil. Put in the oven for 50 minutes at a temperature of 200C.

Unfold the foil on top and hold the roll in the oven for a while until golden brown.

Cut the roll into pieces and serve hot or cold.
