Appetizing, tender cheese baskets with salmon literally melt in your mouth. They will become a real delicacy on your festive table.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Eggs 2 pcs
Cheese 50 g
Wheat flour of the highest grade 2 tbsp. l.
Baking powder ¼ tsp
Lightly salted salmon (for filling) 100 g
Dill (for filling) 1 bunch
Mayonnaise (for filling) 1 tbsp. l.
Lemon slice (for garnish)
Whisk eggs in a bowl. Grate cheese and add to eggs.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix well and place in molds for ½ of the volume.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.
Cool and deliver from the molds, cut off the tops.
For the filling, mix finely chopped dill, finely chopped salmon and mayonnaise.
Place the filling on the baskets and garnish with lemon slices.
Put on a platter with lettuce and serve.
