Picnic sandwiches with cheese and tomatoes

You have never tasted such sandwiches! Fire-fried pieces of bread with garlic sauce will eat faster than you can cook them.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Slice of bread (for toast) 5-6 pcs

Adyghe cheese 50-100 g

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

A clove of garlic 1 pc

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Put slices of bread on a wire rack and sprinkle with vegetable oil.

Put a wire rack with slices of bread on heated coals and fry the toasts on both sides.

Mix mayonnaise, finely chopped dill and garlic in a bowl.

Mix well. Spread over toasted toast.

Lay the slices of cheese on top. Then place the tomato slices and dill sprigs. Serve from the table.
