Chicken rolls with liver

Chicken rolls with liver, this is a royal appetizer on the festive table.

Cooking time 45 minutes


Chicken fillet 3 pcs

Chicken liver 150 g

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Lettuce leaves for decoration

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Paprika 1 pinch.

Salt to taste


Wash and dry the chicken fillet.

Beat well, salt and grate with paprika.

In a bowl, stir in chopped liver, pressed garlic and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the filling well and place in portions on the chicken fillet.

Wrap with a roll and fasten with toothpicks.

Put in a mold and bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.

Cool and cut into slices. Put on a platter with herbs and serve.
