Chicken roll with cheese and pineapple

Another chicken dish that turns out to be incredibly tasty and appetizing. The perfect combination of chicken fillet and pineapple, a win-win snack option.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Chicken fillet (500 g) 3 pcs

Cheese 100 g

Canned pineapple 4 pcs

Parsley (greens)

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Rinse and dry fillets.

Good to beat back. Season with salt and pepper.

Place in an even layer on foil. Place the sliced ​​pineapples and half of the grated cheese on the fillet.

Roll up and wrap in foil.

Put on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C. Carefully remove the foil from the top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Bake until golden brown for 3-5 minutes. Leave to cool in foil for 15-20 minutes.

Place on a cutting board and cut into slices. Place on a platter and garnish with parsley and a few pineapple slices.
