These tomato baskets with cheese and herbs are a delicious festive snack that will decorate your table.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Tomatoes 3 pcs
Adyghe cheese 70 g
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Lettuce leaves for decoration
Grate Adyghe cheese, add finely chopped dill and pressed garlic.
Season with mayonnaise. Mix well.
Wash and dry the tomatoes.
Cut off the "caps" and remove the pulp. Stuff the tomatoes. Cut arcuate blanks from the remaining caps and insert into the tomatoes.
Serve on a platter with salad leaves.
