Lavash roll with crab sticks

Lavash roll with crab sticks, a delicious replacement for boring sandwiches.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Crab sticks (or crab meat) 200 g

Processed cheese Latvian 2 pieces

Mayonnaise 5 tbsp l.

Eggs 4 pcs

Garlic clove 2-3 pcs

Lavash 1 piece

Dill 1 bunch

Lettuce leaves



Boil the eggs and cool.

Peel the eggs, unfold the processed curds (it is better that they are immediately from the refrigerator)

Grate eggs and cheese curds into a bowl.

Add grated crab sticks, pressed garlic and chopped dill.

Season with mayonnaise and salt to taste.

Unfold the lavash and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.

Spread the filling over the pita bread in one layer.

Wrap in a roll and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Cut into small portions and place on a salad platter.

Lavash roll with crab sticks is ready. Can be served at the table.
