Meatloaf with mushrooms

Prepare this meatloaf with mushrooms for tons of compliments from meat lovers.

Cooking time 45 minutes


Minced meat 500 g

Onion 2 pcs

Egg 1 pc

Frozen champignons 300 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Canned black olives 10 pcs

Salt to taste

Paprika to taste

Ground black pepper to taste


Add 1 egg, 1 finely chopped onion, salt, pepper, paprika to a bowl of minced meat. Mix well.

Fry mushrooms with finely chopped onion for 5-7 minutes. Boil the eggs, suck and chop finely. Combine eggs, mushrooms, olives in a separate bowl.

Spread the minced meat on the foil, not in a thick layer. Distribute the filling.

Wrap the minced meat in a roll.

Wrap carefully in 2 layers of foil. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 50 minutes.

Open and keep open for another 10-15 minutes in the oven at 170 degrees C. Put on a dish and cut into portions. Decorate with herbs.
