Roxana salad with beetroot and feta cheese

You have hardly eaten such a simple and delicious salad that can be prepared in 20 minutes. Beets can be quickly cooked in the microwave.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Beet 1 pc

Bryndza 50 g

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Boil the beets and cool.

Cut the beets into cubes, add a little salt and pepper. Season with vegetable oil.

Place the finished beets in a salad bowl.

Add finely chopped greens.

Add cheese.

Drizzle with oil on top and serve.
