Zucchini in batter with herbs

This is a great zucchini appetizer in golden batter that can be prepared at any time.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Zucchini 1 pc

Eggs 2 pcs

Wheat flour of the highest grade 2 tbsp. l.

Dill (greens)

Garlic (greens)

Sunflower oil



Cut the zucchini into slices. Season with salt and let stand for 30 minutes.

Drain the juice. Heat a little sunflower seeds in a frying pan. Beat eggs with flour and salt a little.

Dip each zucchini circle in batter on both sides and fry in a pan on both sides.

Place on a paper towel. Let cool slightly.

Finely chop the greens.

Put the zucchini on a dish in layers, sprinkle each layer with herbs.
