Zucchini envelopes with cheese

Cut the zucchini lengthwise. Season with salt and let stand for 30 minutes.

Coat with sunflower oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Allow to cool on paper towels.

Mix the cheese with finely chopped garlic and dill.

Fold a couple of zucchini slices cross to cross.

Put the filling in the middle and tuck the ends.

Place on a dish garnished with lettuce leaves.
