These tartlets can have any filling, we prepared them with a delicate mushroom salad.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Butter 140 g
Canned corn 100 g
Cheese 100 g
Fresh champignons (medium) 3-4 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 2 tbsp. l.
Egg 1 pc
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and stir.
Add 140 g soft butter.
Add 1 egg.
Knead the dough.
Form the dough into a ball.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a layer no more than 0.5 cm thick.
Cut the blanks with a mold.
Insert the blanks into the mold and crush with your fingers.
Use a fork to make several punctures in the bottom of the tartlets.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
Cool the finished tartlets and remove from the molds.
Peel the champignons.
Peel the onion and chop finely.
Fry the finely chopped mushrooms and onions for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt a little.
Put the fried mushrooms and 100 g of grated cheese into a bowl.
Add 100 g canned corn and 1 bunch of finely chopped parsley.
Season with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Stir the salad and salt to taste.
Place the salad in the tartlets.
The mushroom tartlets are ready. Can be served with a festive table.
