Eggs stuffed with crab sticks will decorate any table, and a simple recipe will please any hostess.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Crab sticks 100 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Boil eggs until tender, cool and peel.
Cut into halves and remove the yolk.
Grate crab sticks in a bowl.
Add grated cucumber, finely chopped dill and mayonnaise.
Add chopped yolks.
Mix the filling well. Salt to taste.
Stuff the protein halves with the filling.
Decorate with a slice of cucumber and place on a plate.
