One of the most important items on the New Year's menu is snacks. Tartlets with New Year's Surprise filling are an excellent choice for a festive table.
Cooking time 25 minutes
Minced meat 300 g
Hard cheese 50 g
Onion 1 pc
Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Universal seasoning 1 tsp.
Lettuce leaves for serving
Green onion (feather) for serving
Cook the minced meat, peel the onion and chop finely.
Fry the minced meat and finely chopped onion in a pan with vegetable oil, 5-7 minutes.
Put in a bowl and cool slightly.
Add chopped pickles and all-purpose seasoning in small cubes.
Place the tartlets on a flat baking sheet.
Stuff the heaped tartlets with the filling.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 5-7 minutes.
Cool slightly and transfer to a platter with lettuce leaves. Garnish with green onions as desired. Serve to the New Year's table.
