Bean pate

This is a delicate bean pate, a real find. Once cooked it will become a darling on your table.

Cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients

Red beans 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l.

Green onion (feather) (for decoration)

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Preparation

Soak red beans in water overnight.

Cook the beans until tender.

Peel the onions and carrots.

Fry chopped onion and grated carrots in a pan with vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the beans with fried vegetables to the blender bowl. Add salt and ground black pepper.

Punch well with a blender. Add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and beat the mass again.

Place on a platter using a serving ring.

Before serving, drizzle with a little oil (so that the pate does not darken) and sprinkle with green onions.

Delicious bean pate is ready. Can be served at the table.
