Salmon boats

Delicate, exquisite and incredibly tasty salmon should be on every New Year's table. Lo-daughters with salmon, a real royal snack that will make your New Year's Eve even more enjoyable.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Puff pastry 250 g

Lightly salted salmon 100 g

Cream cheese 3 tbsp. l.

Lemon slice 2 pcs

Poppy 1 tsp

Egg 1 pc


Roll out the dough into a layer.

Cut into small squares.

Blind two ends from both sides of the square.

Place on a baking sheet with parchment. Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 10 minutes.

Put soft cheese in small portions inside each boat, garnish with salad greens.

Add lemon slices, salmon slices and dill sprigs.

Put on a platter and serve to the festive table.
