Butter with herbs

Rinse and dry the greens, peel the garlic.

Chop the greens and put in a bowl, add the pressed garlic and oil (room temperature).

Stir well, salt to taste.

Put on plastic wrap and roll up with sausage. Put in the cold for 20 minutes.

Take out and cut. Can be served immediately with toast or any bread.
