Zucchini appetizer with tomatoes and herbs

Awesomely delicious zucchini with tomatoes. This is the snack that your guests will be the first to grab.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Zucchini 1 pc

Tomatoes 2-3 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Garlic clove 2-3 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Wheat flour of the highest grade 1-2 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil

Salt to taste


Cut the zucchini into slices, add salt and leave for 20 minutes.

Beat eggs in a bowl with flour and add a little salt.

Drain the juice from the zucchini. Heat the oil in a frying pan and dip the zucchini in batter and fry on both sides until golden brown. Place on paper towels.

Finely chop the greens, pass the garlic through a press.

Cut the tomatoes into slices.

Serve alternating zucchini, tomato slices and herbs with garlic. Serve to the table.
