Profiteroles "Tsarskie" is a New Year's snack, for which it is worth taking time in the kitchen. Guests will appreciate your efforts, especially if there are several small plates with profiteroles on your table. You can experiment with the filling.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Flour 170 g
Butter 100 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Cream cheese 4-5 tbsp. l.
Red caviar 50 g
Salt 1 pinch.
Lettuce to taste
Boil water in a saucepan and dissolve the butter.
While boiling, add salt and flour.
Cook the dough until tight.
Transfer to a bowl and cool.
Add one egg at a time.
Beating the dough well.
Transfer the dough to a pastry bag.
On a baking sheet covered with parchment, place small lumps with dough (you can simply put it with a wet spoon).
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
Add the temperature to 200 degrees C and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
Cool the finished profiteroles and remove from the parchment. Cut the end with a knife, making an incision like a cap.
Fill each with cream cheese and place on a salad platter.
Add red caviar.
