Zucchini in batter in a pan

Zucchini appetizer with herbs and garlic is the hit of the summer! Try it once, and these batter zucchini will take one of the first places on your summer menu.

Zucchini 1 pc

Eggs 3 pcs

Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Garlic clove 2-3 pcs

Frying oil

Salt to taste


Wash the zucchini and cut into rings.

Place in a bowl and season with a little salt.

Break the eggs into a bowl.

Add a pinch of salt and flour.

Mix well by preparing the batter.

Dip the zucchini rings in batter and fry in a pan on both sides until golden brown in vegetable oil.

Put the prepared zucchini on a dish.

In a bowl, combine finely chopped parsley and pressed garlic.

Lay out the zucchini appetizer in layers, a layer of zucchini, a layer of greens with garlic.
