Quick salted cucumbers

An instant recipe for making lightly salted cucumbers with dill and garlic. Quick lightly salted cucumbers - easy!

Fresh cucumbers 1 kg

Garlic clove 3-4 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tsp


Rinse and dry cucumbers well.

Cut each cucumber in half lengthwise.

Peel the garlic, rinse and dry the dill.

Put the cucumbers in a bag, add finely chopped dill and chopped garlic with plastics.

Add salt and vegetable oil.

Close the bag and shake well, chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.

Put on a dish.

Our quick salted cucumbers are ready. Can be served at the table.
