Sandwiches with sprats "Holiday"

Sandwiches with sprats "Holiday", a classic, without which more than one feast is almost never complete.

Ingredients

Borodinsky bread 1/2 pc

Eggs 2 pcs

Sprats 1 ban.

Gherkins 5-7 pcs

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Preparation

Boil eggs hard-boiled, cool and peel.

Cut black bread into slices.

Cut each slice into quarters.

Brush a little with mayonnaise and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.

Put a slice of boiled egg and sprat on top.

Add gherkin and pierce with a snack skewer. Garnish with green onions.

Prepare all the sprat sandwiches. Place sandwiches on a platter.

"Holiday" sandwiches with sprats are ready, you can serve them to the New Year's table.
