Pancakes with fish

We are preparing slowly for Maslenitsa. And the main treat, of course, is pancakes. These delicious fish pancakes will become a delicacy on any table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Milk 3.2% fat. 150 ml

Flour 130 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Pink salmon fillet 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Butter 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Beat eggs in a bowl. Add milk.

Add vegetable oil and mix well.

Add flour and salt. Leave the dough for 20 minutes.

Bake thin pancakes on both sides in a preheated pan.

For the filling, remove the skin from the fish fillet and cut into small pieces, chop the green onion.

Fry fish, onions and green onions in a pan with vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.

Salt and add finely chopped dill, mix and cool.

Place the filling on the pancakes.

Wrap in a tight envelope.

Place on a baking sheet and brush with soft butter.

Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 3-5 minutes.

Put the prepared pancakes on a dish and serve.
