Chicken fillet appetizer

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.

Season with salt and pepper.

Dip each bite in breadcrumbs.

Put in a frying pan with hot vegetable oil and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Cut the onion into thin half rings, cut the gherkins into quarters lengthwise.

In a bowl, combine the chicken, onion and gherkins.

Put on a dish.
