Sandwiches with red caviar and cream cheese

These sandwiches with red caviar and cream cheese will decorate any festive table.

Ingredients

Baguette 1 pc

Eggs 2 pcs

Processed cheese 100 g

Red caviar 3-4 tbsp. l.

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Green onions 1 bunch

Preparation

Boil 2 eggs, cool and peel.

Grate boiled eggs and 100 g of melted cheese into a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and stir.

Cut a thin baguette into slices.

Spread the cheese filling on the baguette slices.

Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions on top.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of red caviar on top.

Sandwiches with red caviar and cream cheese are ready. Can be served with a festive table.
