Delicate chicken rolls with cheese and bell pepper, a delicious and beautiful appetizer on any table, from which it is impossible to tear yourself away.
Cooking time 25 minutes
Chicken fillet 2 pcs
Hard cheese 50 g
Bell pepper 1/2 pc
Marinated jalapeno peppers 1/2 pc
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.
Adjika 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Lettuce leaves for decoration
Parsley (herbs) for decoration
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.
Cut each fillet lengthwise into two.
Beat off each part on both sides and season with salt.
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and adjika.
Spread each slice of fillet with a mixture of adjika and mayonnaise.
For the filling, mix the grated cheese, finely chopped peppers and chopped peppers in a bowl.
Stir and place the filling on the fillet.
Roll up with rolls and, if necessary, fasten with toothpicks. Smear a little with vegetable oil. Put on a baking sheet.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.
Cool the finished rolls and cut into slices. Place on a platter with lettuce and garnish with parsley sprigs. Serve to the table.
