Cooking time 20 minutes
Yeast puff pastry 200 g
Slightly salted red fish (pink salmon) 100 g
Curd cheese 50 g
Dill 1 bunch
Lemon 1 pc
Lettuce to taste
Defrost the puff pastry well.
Cut into small squares.
Connect the edges of the squares and form boats.
Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Make punctures with a fork.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 10 minutes. Until golden brown.
Put the curd cheese in a bowl.
Add finely chopped red fish and finely chopped dill.
Mix the filling well. Put the filling in the boats.
Place the boats on the salad platter and garnish with small lemon slices.
