What could be tastier than meat cooked over a fire and smelled of smoke? Only if this meat is complemented by a spicy pickled onion. This recipe will show you how to make the perfect addition to kebabs.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Onion 2 pcs
Dill 1 bunch
Vinegar 9% 2-3 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar (sand) 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Peel the onion. Rinse and dry the dill well.
In a bowl, cut the onion into half rings and finely chop the dill.
Add salt, sugar and ground black pepper.
Mash well with your hands for 2-3 minutes, until the onion gives juice. Season with a mixture of vinegar and oil. Leave to marinate for a couple of hours.
Marinated onions are ready for barbecue. Can be served at the table.
