Cheese balls

Delicious crunchy cheese balls, a delicious snack on the New Year's table.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Cheese 200 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Flour 7 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil for frying

Salt 1 pinch.


Separate the whites from the yolks. We don't need the yolks, they can be used to make egg pancakes for salad.

Add 1 pinch of salt and beat the whites into a stable foam with a mixer for 4-5 minutes.

Add 4 tablespoons flour and mix well.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Add cheese to a bowl and stir until smooth.

The dough is very sticky.

Roll up small balls with wet hands. And put on a plate sprinkled with flour. Dip each ball in flour.

Deep-fry. Without flipping. There should be enough oil for the balls to float.

Put the finished golden balls on a dish with napkins. By removing excess oil.

The cheese balls are ready. Put the salad on a dish with leaves and serve to the New Year's table.
