Tomatoes with cheese and garlic

Tomatoes with cheese and garlic are a simple, bright and quick snack for any festive table.

Ingredients

Cheese 200 g

Tomato 3 pcs

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Greens (for decoration)

Preparation

Rinse 3-4 tomatoes and dry.

Grate 200 g of cheese into a bowl.

Add 2 cloves of compressed garlic and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Stir the filling.

Cut the tomatoes into 1 cm thick rings.

Place the cheese filling on the tomato rings.

Decorate with herbs.

Tomatoes with cheese and garlic are ready. Can be served at the table.
