A delicate chicken salad for any occasion.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Chicken fillet 200 g
Canned green peas 100 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Apples 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Boil the chicken fillet.
In a bowl, combine finely chopped chicken fillet and canned green peas.
Boil carrots and eggs, cool and peel.
Add diced eggs and carrots to a bowl.
Peel the apple and remove the seeds.
Cut into cubes and add to salad. Season with mayonnaise, salt to taste.
Stir the salad.
The Bear salad is ready. Put in a salad bowl, decorate as desired and serve to the festive table.
