Salad roll "Carnival"

Amazingly delicious and delicate salad "Carnival" in the form of a roll will please all your guests.

Canned salmon natures 1 ban.

Potatoes 2-3 pcs

Eggs 3 pcs

Carrots 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.

Green onions to taste

Lettuce leaves

Salt to taste


Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs, judge and peel.

Cover the chopping daughter with cling film and put a layer of grated potatoes, salt and grease with mayonnaise.

Put a layer of grated eggs and brush with mayonnaise.

Add a layer of grated carrots.

Remove skin and bones from pink salmon. Grind with a fork.

Lay out the fish in an even layer.

Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.

Roll up and wrap in the same film. Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Cut the finished roll into slices and put on a dish with lettuce leaves.
