Peking cabbage 1 pc
Boiled water 1 l
Salt 2 tbsp l.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Head of garlic 2 pcs
Chili pepper 3-4 pcs

Cut into squares.
Peel the garlic and hot peppers.
Twist the garlic and pepper in a meat grinder.
