Quick pita bread

A quick snack made from pita bread, with a fresh taste of vegetables and smoked meat, which is very easy to prepare.

Peking cabbage 200 g

Smoked meat 100 g

Korean carrots 100 g

Cheese 50 g

Greens (any) 1 bunch

Thin lavash sheet 1 pc

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.


Unroll lavash and leave for 5-7 minutes.

In a bowl, combine sliced ​​meat, grated cheese, Korean carrots and chopped herbs.

Add shredded cabbage and stir.

Lavash grease with mayonnaise.

Put the filling on the pita bread.

Wrap in a roll and leave for 5-7 minutes to soak.

Cut into portions and place on a platter.

A quick lavash snack is ready. Can be served at the table.
