Cod liver sandwiches

Sandwiches with cod liver are a wonderful appetizer to the festive table. But do not use all the oil from canned food, it is better to take 1-2 tablespoons and make the filling lighter and not greasy.

Cooking time 10 minutes


Baguette 1 pc

Cod liver 100 g

Eggs 1 pc

Green onion (feather) 2 branches

Olives (for decoration) 4-5 pcs

Salt to taste


Cut the baguette into slices.

Put on a baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 2-3 minutes.

Finely chop the green onion, boil the egg, remove the cod liver from the oil (use one spoonful of canned food).

In a bowl, combine the grated egg, cod liver with butter and onion.

Stir and salt a little.

Slightly grease with canned food under fried baguette slices.

Place the filling onto the baguette slices.

Our delicious cod liver sandwiches are ready. Decorate with green onions and serve with the festive table.
