Spaghetti with meat and vegetable gravy

A delicious recipe for spaghetti with meat and vegetable gravy for lunch or dinner.

Cooking time 55 minutes


Pork pulp 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrots 2 pcs

Zucchini 1 pc

Bulgarian pepper 2 pieces

Tomato paste 2 tbsp l.

Spaghetti 200 g

Vegetable oil



Fry finely chopped onions in vegetable oil.

Add small chopped pork. Fry for 10-15 minutes.

Dice the carrots, zucchini and peppers and place in a saucepan.

Add the fried meat and pour over a glass of water. Simmer for another 10 minutes.

Add tomato paste. Salt. Simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Boil flat spaghetti in salted water.

Put the spaghetti and pieces of meat in a deep plate, pour over the vegetable gravy.
