Cauliflower in a pan

Cauliflower in a pan is a great opportunity to prepare a delicious dish for lunch or dinner in just 20 minutes.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Cauliflower 1 pc

Cherry tomatoes 5-6 pcs

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Parsley (greens) 2-3 branches.

Salt to taste


Peel 1 head of cauliflower.

Divide the head of cabbage into inflorescences.

Fold the inflorescences into a saucepan and cover with cold water. Add ¼ teaspoon of salt. Cook for 5 minutes after boiling.

Place the cauliflower on a sieve and drain.

Put in a frying pan with 3-4 tablespoons of heated vegetable oil and fry for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add chopped parsley to the finished cabbage

Add chopped cherry tomatoes in halves, salt and stir.

Cauliflower in a pan is ready. Put on a platter and serve.
