Carbonara pasta

With this recipe, you can make carbonara paste. If you want to surprise your guests and cook something original and unusual, but that is certainly tasty and inexpensive. Then carbonara paste is what you need.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Water 2 l

Raw smoked bacon 100 g

Cream 10% fat. 100 ml

Parmesan cheese 50 g

Egg 1 pc

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Cut the bacon into pieces, peel the garlic and cut into halves.

Add bacon and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove the garlic, it is needed only for flavor.

Pour 100 ml of cream into a bowl, add 1 egg and 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well and add a little salt.

Drain the water, add the spaghetti to the pan.

Add cheese and egg cream sauce and stir. Cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened.

The carbonara paste is ready. Arrange on plates and serve.
