Fried pollock in a pan

A simple recipe to help you cook delicious fried pollock in a pan.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Pollock (medium) 4 pcs

Vegetable oil 50 ml

Flour 2 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/2 tsp

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch


Rinse and peel pollock well.

Cut into pieces, remove tails and fins.

Season the fish with salt and flour.

Fry pieces of pollock in a pan with vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Put the prepared fish on a dish and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

Fried pollock in a pan is ready. Can be served at the table.
