Pollock with vegetables in the oven, this is a great recipe to cook delicious fish available to everyone.

Pollock 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Tomato 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Green onions to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Peel the fish, wash and peel the vegetables.
Cut pollock into pieces, cut the onion into half rings, cut the tomatoes into slices, grate the carrots.
Put the fish on a piece of foil and season with salt.
Add onions and tomatoes.
Sprinkle with carrots, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with vegetable oil.
Place in a baking dish.
Cover with foil on top, cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Put pollock with vegetables in foil on a dish and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
